The short version

This is a personal portfolio. It has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics. Nothing you do here is profiled or sold. The only personal data that reaches me is what you deliberately send: an email, or a guestbook entry.

Who is responsible

This site is published by Hugo Spriet, based in Metz, France. For anything related to your data, write to hugos.pro@outlook.fr.

What is collected

• Email you send me. Your address and the content of your message, kept in my mailbox for as long as the exchange is useful, and deleted afterwards.
• Guestbook entries. The name and message you choose to submit. They are intended to be public on this site. Do not put anything confidential in them.
• Server logs. The hosting provider records technical request data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and availability. I do not use it to identify visitors.

Cookies

This site sets no cookie of its own and runs no analytics or advertising script. Nothing is stored in your browser to follow you between visits, which is why you are not asked to accept anything on arrival.

Where the data goes

Email is handled by my mail provider. The site itself is served by its hosting provider, which processes requests to deliver the pages. No data is transferred to advertisers, data brokers or any other third party.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct, delete or export the data concerning you, and you may object to its processing. Write to hugos.pro@outlook.fr and I will act on it within a month. Removing a guestbook entry takes about as long as it takes me to read the request.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
